This has to be one of my favourite looks of all time in Doctor Who (Old or Nu), and it’s what allows Romana II to wear the crown of Best Dressed Doctor Who Companion of the 1980s-see earlier post here.

Romana II makes ‘messing about on the water’ look effortlessly, hipster cool, in this vintage Edwardian look.

There’s just so much to love, so lets get started.

The Blouse.

Romana II wears a Victorian/Edwardian style, long sleeve, sheer blouse.

The Skirt.

Romana’s skirt is very hard to find, or even describe, but I’ve come up with some tulle alternatives.

Red Choker.

Around her neck Romana wears a cherry red choker.

Now I’m planning on featuring Romana’s amazing hat in a post all on it’s own, but until then I’ve found this lovely cherry convection.
